To qualify as a renter of OSAT, Inc. you must submit a completed application with a $20.00 application fee per applicant over 18 years of age. We verify employment, rental history, criminal record and credit. On submission of rental application we will need a copy of a valid Identification.

Once you are approved we will schedule an appointment for you to come into our office to sign a lease agreement. At time of your appointment you must bring a valid Identification, certified funds (cashier’s check or money order) for your cleaning deposit and your first month’s rent or prorated rent if moving in after the 1st of the month. We have a six (6) month lease agreement policy and after six months it becomes a month to month lease.

New tenants are responsible to obtain mailbox keys directly from the post office located at 2345 W. Beech Ave. Visalia, CA 93277. They will charge you for changing out your lock and giving you a new set of keys. Please contact the post office for current rates.
